TEROVA uses an internal tool that connects to the company's own Gmail mailbox through the Gmail API. Only TEROVA uses it, to read, organize and draft replies to the company's own business mail.

What we access: messages, labels and drafts in the company's own mailbox. We do not access any other person's Google account.

How we use it: only to run the company's customer service and operations.

Sharing: we do not sell or rent this data. It is processed by the AI assistant service we use, only to perform these tasks.
